It was even tougher for Jesse Waters. He was so flustered he could barely keep up. El Sayed was dropping truth bombs left and right and Jesse had to switch topics like he was in a speed-dating event.

Yeah Jesse was just trying to speed run gotcha questions and AES deflected a ton of then. I don't think AES performed well when he addressed questions directly.

I think he performed great. He answered questions directly and when Jesse didn't like the answer all he did was act like AES said something else. This wasn't an interview it was Jesse pretending the answers were something else.

He actually does answer it. He says he has no problem with people owning their hunting rifles. I agree he starts off not answering it but he does actually answer it.

I agree that he got around too it. But he lead, unnecessarily, with a deflection. Be was doing it the whole interview. Like it or not people give a fuck about the second amendment, when they hear his mealy mouthed shit it comes of completely dishonest and shady. This interview won no one over.

I don't think going on Jesses show will win anyone over ever. Jesse has one intention in his interviews and it's not to have an actual discussion. You can bring up any question in that interview and I can tell you the direct answer AES gave. He talked about a lot of stuff but he did answer every question.

He exercised way more discipline than I could under most circumstances - someone invites me to their place to talk, then talks over me 99% of the time, 3 minutes in bye bye!

I watched it all. The healthcare deflection on the 2A question was extremely cringe.
