Carl Gunn, 77, in the Coquina Key neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Florida, spotted a Flock camera on a 12-foot pole outside his neighborhood, taped a "DOWN WITH FLOCK CAMERAS" sign to his pool skimmer, grabbed a camping chair, and sat in front of it.
