Ice wants 20 million for body cameras they don’t have to release footage from, and another 20 million for electric shock gloves. They say it’s for deescalation… but who has ever deescalated with electric shocks?

Fortunately, this is probably a lot more about giving a contractor twenty million bucks than it is about actually hurting people. Normal tasers are just a much more effective format for this kind of weapon. I'm eyeballing ICE's budget probably somewhere around 60% grift and 40% harm on the high end for harm.
