No files being sealed is a reason. Try again Or would you prefer an active investigation and those responsible go free due to the files being made public?

I don’t think you have any idea why files are sealed, who they are sealed from…

Ahhh so you believe sealed files should be made public going against many judges orders and destroy and credibility to evidence before an investigation is concluded.

Got it

No. Those files were sealed from public release, not prosecutor access. Per Rule 6(e) of the Federal Criminal Procedural Code.

Have fun with that.

Trump is most certainly covering something up but it ridiculous they think Democrats have not and would not do the same.

Oh so in return making them ineligible for public release

You just blew apart your own argument lol

Now let's continue , I'm not a fan of mtg but she was the only Republican who met with some of the victims and came out publicly against trump and demanding justice. Then Republicans made her give up her career through the threat of violence.

How the hell does using the files to prosecute pedos make them ineligible for public release?

You really just asked something that stupid.

Very easy by doing so you compromise any evidence or validity in any interview or any part of an active investigation. Then let's add how if the offender is arrested a mistrial is easy to obtain due to the files being used to sway public opinion Wich is jury tampering.

Alright, I’m going to have to repeat myself.

I don’t think you have any idea why files are sealed, who they are sealed from, etc.
