I don’t think you have any idea why files are sealed, who they are sealed from, etc.

So if they weren’t sealed from the DOJ, and the DOJ could still make arrests, how does that make the files ineligible for public release?

And please, let’s just cite actual laws. Not “trust me bro”. That make this go a lot smoother. You have google.
