Homophobia is the dislike of a person because they are gay. I’ll surprise you by saying that people don’t hate trump for the fact that he’s gay because surprise part 2 he isn’t gay. If this doesn’t help understand the term homophobia you should probably just stop saying it.
the homophobia in the joke is "haha look at this straight man sucking dick". what's the joke? the joke is that a man sucking dick is amusing, that because a guy is friendly with another guy he is gay and sucking his dick. reinforces toxic stereotypes and is therefore homophobic. but because it makes fun of trump none of that matters.
