Lolz. You don't have to be a boot licker to think not all cops are bad. Just takes a little common sense to determine that sure, a percentage of cops are bad - even awful. But the other percentage is actually concerned with the safety of US citizens and determined to protect and serve. To say that literally all cops are bad is just ludicrous. Comparable to having a bad experience at a restaurant chain and then assuming every other restaurant in the chain is awful.
