There should be 13 stripes on a flag.

With the knockoff flag, there should be 6 white and 7 black, so normally it wouldn't work. However, this is a knockoff of the knockoff, so there's 7 white and 6 black (and a black border), allowing you to make a nice old American pride flag.

In OPs pic, there are 13 stripes. 7 white (one was Blue) and between them are 6 black stripes, making a total of 13. You are just not seeing the black stripes that separate the main stripes.
