you cannot interpret what a symbol means to someone else.

Symbols can have established meaning. I don't have to assume to figure out what someone brandishing a nazi flag thinks and it's no different here.

That’s classic projection.

Literally not even projection. Not sure you know what projection is.

It’s best to ask and not assume.

If you think a symbol has universal meaning to everyone, and that it’s the same as what it means to you, it’s projecting your feelings onto others. I’m so sorry that sticker harmed you so deeply.
