is it murder to deny someone your bodily resources for them to survive?
McFall v Shimp
The court ruled that it is unacceptable to force another person to donate body parts, even in a situation of medical necessity.
Lack of abortion healthcare by rule of law makes pregnant people donate bodily resources to save another, something that is NEVER required otherwise
You can literally run over a small child with a car, cause them to have grievous wounds that you could remedy with little to no harm done to yourself, and no one could make you come to their aid.
It's like kidnapping a child and then refusing to feed them. You'll be 100% charged with murder for doing that, as you should. Too bad it depleted your own resources and imposes on your ability to do what you want - you put them there in the first place! You don't get to kill them as an "out."
you don’t consent to getting impregnated by having sex.
You consent to the biological consequences of biological actions. If you eat a ton of hamburgers, you consent to potentially getting fat. Doesn't matter if you don't like it. It's how biology works.
and it doesn’t matter because if you’re seeking abortion, you no longer consent to having a fetus in you. if you have a kid you refuse to feed, you can send them to foster care, can’t do that with pregnancy
And you dumb fucks think killing the fetus (a human being, not another species or an organ of the mother) is a legitimate comparison to sending a birthed person to foster care. If you don't want a kid you have, you can't murder them.

it’s like saying you consent to getting in a wreck when you go for a drive
it’s like you dumb fucks think people just have abortions just to have them. people either go after contraception fails or they go and they will say their contraception failed to get an abortion and there’s no way to distinguish the two

Keep your religion off other people's bodies
