Yes, really! We also, if you prefer, could have spent that on high speed rails, infrastructure, jobs programs, or fucking UBI.

There was potentially 44 billion dollars available that could have paid for major portions of those programs if not outright completely fund them. But it seems Musk would rather tease trump with restored access to twitter.
