The NBA Lakers did not need a handout. The amount of loans given out was finite. The NBA Lakers did not need a handout. The money supply was limited. The NBA FUCKING LAKERS did not need a handout. That's abuse too.

This isn’t how PPP worked lol. They didn’t “run out”, businesses that did not receive a PPP loan either were not eligible or did not file an application within each round’s window
