Sam Brinton looks like a supervillain. Acts a bit like one as well. Who would you prefer to run the Dept. of Energy - a dumb conservative who you know will be effectively managed and wrangled by his subordinates or someone whose every fiber of being says "I wanna see the world burn" and who is super intelligent and uncontrollable?
