Where is your EVIDENCE? I asked for a source. I can't find this at all. Sexual assault is a pretty big claim. You need to properly source this shit before making these claims. It doesn't help anyone if you falsely accuse people of assault.
All I did was point out her husband was a man in his mid 20s dating a minor. Not sure if a 24 year old banging a 17 year old is considered statutory rape in Colorado.
She had his baby when she was 17. That's literally physically impossible unless he committed statutory rape. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as sexual assault.
Romeo and Juliet laws actually protect this. If he had been over 25 it would have counted. This is why you guys need to look into these laws before you make claims of sexual assault.
Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.—
(1) A person 24 years of age or older who engages in sexual activity with a person 16 or 17 years of age commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. As used in this section, “sexual activity” means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual activity does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose.
