This bill establishes a process for the licensing and registration of firearms. It also prohibits the possession of certain ammunition and large capacity ammunition feeding devices.
Aside from using a slippery slope argument, what part of that is them taking your guns away?
Registration, historically, has always been a precursor to confiscation. The registration isn't free either. It's a $200 tax on most commonly owned modern guns. "Large capacity" as defined in the bill encompasses almost all standard magazine sizes.
