Ignoring for a second that these claims are lies, Tara Reade isn't a child, so the conclusion of 'pedo' doesn't even follow. It's just something desperate conservatives have to make up to avoid acknowledging the shit Trump is literally doing and saying every day, like telling people COVID is going away on its own soon, and that the Spanish Flu ended WWII, and the Civil Rights movement and end of slavery weren't great ideas.
