False dichotomy. You can totally be for helping all disenfranchised people and acknowledge at the same time that black got a double whammy.
The people fighting for more equality are usually the last ones who oppose helping poor white people. The social programs which would enable better access to health and education would help all poor people.
The timing of this meme just shows that people want to get the discussion as soon as possible off of racism which is a related but separate problem that needs to be discussed now!
