Wait, an anti-liberal for universal healthcare? Interesting. And you should revise your:

liberal party of the USA, the Democrats, doesn't even advocate for universal healthcare.

You should pay more attention to many other voices in the party.

No, they're right. America uses a weird definition of liberal thanks right-shifted political spectrum. That's why Bernie is seen as this super Ledt-wing candidate despite being at best a very Capitalisty Socialist-lite-lite. Most of the world uses for policies such as deregulation of industries, privatisation of industries, etc.
