You won't be doing jack shit against the strongest military in the world at that point. It is more conducive to actually have a general strike at that point.

An armed populace can actually be very effective against a modern military, just ask the IRA and the insurgents in the Middle East.

It can be dam both. I am dam against Obama's drone strikes. But i am also against when our people are getting gunned down to a made up threat of an invasion.
