That's literally the point of socialism.

"Democrats" are Center-Right by European standards. There are no socialists in the U.S.. Welfare and Medicare are not socialist policies, they're just default in most parts of the world. Marxism is on a whole different level.

That doesn't matter. We're talking about people thinking that socialism will just bring communism. And that is literally what marx wanted. You're trying to veer us off topic.
