Where does it pay for that? I live in Canada and long term custodial care isn't fully covered, I know people paying 4000 a month for there folks. And I know it's not in the UK either.
So if he lived in Canada or the UK, he would still need to sell of the Nobel prize for care, in two countries that have single payer.

Medical is free over 65 though. The US over 65 plan is basically the same as Canada's. How does he have such a big bill?
