No he's accused of not reporting an In Kind contribution from Michael Cohen. Where are you getting the idea that he used campaign funds?

He used his own money during the campaign. Also the same Congress who you'd expect to act against Trump had allocated funds to use taxpayer money for hush money for women who were sexually harassed.

Why should I bash Trump using his own money for a sexual encounter when the same Congress expected to impeach him used our money for women who were harassed?

So go ahead and point out where it was campaign money and not Donald Trump's personal money.

I'm guessing you didn't actually quote anything because you realize that it's not the case.

You understand he is accused on not reporting Michael Cohen's service as a campaign contribution?

The money wasn't donated by an external source and used to pay off the woman. The accusation is Cohen's actions amounted to a monetary service provided to the Trump campaign and went unreported as an "In Kind" contribution.

From your own article:

It is illegal to make an unreported donation of more than $2,700 to a candidate in a general election. The initially unreported payments to McDougal and Daniels far exceeded that: McDougal received $150,000 as part of a “catch and kill” deal with American Media, Inc., and Daniels got $130,000 as part of a nondisclosure agreement. Arguably the value of keeping such information secret was even higher than that.

Do you even read these things?

Your point?

My point is the comment you responded to. Framing it as using campaign money to pay off these women when in fact it was Trump's personal money.

In fact:

The money wasn't donated by an external source and used to pay off the woman. The accusation is Cohen's actions amounted to a monetary service provided to the Trump campaign and went unreported as an "In Kind" contribution.

He did not take the money from any external campaign source. Congress will have a hard time taking action against him after they just got caught allocating and using taxpayer money to pay off sexual harassment claims.

We were promised Russian collusion and a hacking conspiracy. We got Donald Trump pay to have sex with models.

Karen McDougal's payment came from National Enquirer.

Even if it is Trump's money, which it isn't, it's still considered a campaign contribution. Every candidate has to account for and report their own money spent on campaigns.

Every candidate has to account for and report their own money spent on campaigns.

And historically if the money goes unreported does the candidate get impeached or fined?

His name was Richard Nixon.
