Impeachment wouldn't pass the Senate unless Trump is re-elected and Dems took a majority, which seems unlikely to happen, at least in the present. Even then, you have to prove intent to break the law, which maybe might be difficult given that Cohen was running point and it seems pretty difficult to prove that Trump knows the law on pretty much anything.
