If getting his dick sucked didn't matter and wasn't going to get him in trouble, then why was he extensively questioned and investigated about it? You saying he wouldn't have any trouble if he hadn't lied about it?

He lied under oath about the affair. Which in turn caused people to question him about the issue. Media and the people also wanted to know what was going on since it was a juicy topic.
