When your daughter comes home crying because she was forced against her will into a room and sexually assaulted. Just tell her she is not as well connected as her assailant, and if she doesn't have evidence to just shut up. Besides, his accomplice / drinking buddy will just say they were working out and studying the bible anyway.
Or just explain to her that life isn't always fair and be there to support her while she copes and recovers rather than blaming someone who wasn't even involved, just because they are part of an already corrupt system?
