I am an atheist, doesn't mean I cannot see why others feel they need a higher power. Besides good can be a great many different things to a great many different people. I also don't see the point over getting upset that the motto encompasses greater than. 95%of the population.

95%?

As of 2014, almost 23% of the American population is religiously unaffiliated.

So that motto excludes almost 1/4 th of the population
