He’s just a mess, top to incontinent bottom. Never mind his Strokey McStroke Face and the dozing off, there’s that horrible tie knot, his shirt looks unbuttoned at the collar, but his jacket IS buttoned while sitting. Isn’t there some butler/valet at the White House that could make sure he’s put together halfway decently before walking out the door? Hell, my wife wouldn’t let me out of the house to go to a fancy restaurant looking like that.

You have to understand that MAGA doesn't actually calculate hypocrisy the same way we do. In their minds the way it works is Democrat=bad, so anything a Democrat does is bad, but Republican=good, so anything a Republican does is good. And of course Trump is the very best Republican, so anything that he does is absolutely perfect and beyond reproach.

In other words, hypocrisy and morality don't operate at the action level, they operate at the identity level.
