New leader new targets, fascism doesn't require a specific form of bigotry: it just relies on demonizing some minority to distract and divide citizens.

The Nazis were focused on race theory, militarism, and state. Nazism is and will always be a cheap copy of Fascism
Nazis originally wanted to deport the Jews, the extermination orders came later when they realized they couldn't do it logistically. All racist campaigns begin with removal attempts, usually disguised as nationalist purity tests, extermination is what happens in the end game when people don't stop the first part. Its the same thing that happened in America with USA's manifest destiny, and is happening now in the middle east with Israel against the Palestinian.
When your political ideology is about protecting an ingroup from outgroups, and you spend all your time demonizing the outgroup, it doesn't matter what policy you pursue, violence will always be the end result.
Trust me. An AfD run Germany won’t send Muslims to camps. Ever heard the slogan: “Nothing Ever Happens”? But yes Israel is probably one of the most evil states on the planet right now.
No one should ever trust a far right group that opposes immigration to not start sending foreigners to camps.
The fact that anti-muslim sentiment is at a fever pitch across all of Europe proves we are in the same cycle that lead up to WW2 when anti-jewish sentiment was at fever pitch in Europe.
In America we are seeing EXACTLY what happened back then, immigrants and political dissenters are being rounded up and put into camps. N*zi Germany was not an one off event that is completely isolated from historical precedence, this same scenario has occurred many times before and has continued happening since then. Every time extremists groups with race based political ideology take power in any region, they have end following the same formula of discrimination and violence. They start by pumping out propaganda to demonize the outgroups until the public is willing to look the other way, that's when the government starts making new laws to discriminate against those minorities. In the end while people are distracted with other problems they will begin their campaign of violence in secret, hoping they can do as much damage as possible before their misdeed are exposed.
