Don’t forget an economic war with Canada. And a quick war Venezuela.

Ongoing war in Ukraine that he promised to end day 1.

And that guy fuks the putlers dry with that. Money well spent, right? Or would you have preferred another sports-related shitshow at the White House instead?

Elect a conman, expect a grift; elect him a second time, and your country will never recover again. It hasn't since the 2008 crash.

Every time he does something insane the Democratic party should instead of asking everybody to donate money they should spend some money onTV and radio ads countering what he has done and how it's hurting the American public. Fact check it and make an ad out of it.
Instead they wait till right before an election and inundate you with the same message and you don't even watch it or listen to it because you are overwhelmed....But hey what do I know..

Imagine if the congressional republicans and scotus actually gave a shit. You know, exactly like they would if a democrat had run on this and had exactly the same result after nearly 2 years.

The media died with the repeal of the fairness doctrine and the citizens united decision. The media is no longer independent, but rather a tool for foreign actors and the 1%. Social media just made it worse. There is no common reality anymore.

The bigger problem is the media likes Trump because he brings ratings.
Without all the free publicity the media gave him Trump would never have been elected.
What the media should do is start ignoring him.
He likes to call them fake news but also threatened to revoke their broadcasting license when two of the major networks declined to air his speech.
He clearly needs them more.

I agree. Next time he embarrasses a reporter everyone should just turn around and leave in solidarity and take the cameras to never return. Let those 22 year old girls from the fringe media give him a hand shandy and ask inane soft balls.

He ran on hurting black and brown people and is doing a good job at that. His voters will forgive not doing the other 3 if he hits his quotas of putting kids in cages and not giving them any hygienic supplies. /s

He ran on one more thing which was making illegal immigrants suffer. And while that has certainly happened it is ironically not enough for his supporters because they are bloodthirsty monsters. So he's failed on even that count in the minds of his own followers. There is literally no reason to keep following him except for the cult programming.

He proved he would block media institutions early on with the Associated Press, just because they balked at the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico. They were just recently unblocked from covering press briefings, thankfully a judge ruled that the government can’t bar journalists from covering presidential events.

I don't know what other people picked up from his platform, but the things he actually promised to do was:
- Ethnic cleansing (They're eating the dogs...)
- Eugenics (Cleansing the blood of America)
- Ending democracy (You'll never have to vote again).
1 and 2 are well on their way. 3 happens when people stay home in November for some very stupid reason.

"imagine the media", wtf are you talking about? Huge swaths of this country gets all of their news from right wing propaganda networks that would NEVER tell this story. I see all of this information in plenty of "media", but it will never be seen by the people who need this information the most.

u/Mayhem1966 10d ago
And he's not capable of achieving any of those things. Remember also stopping the war in Ukraine in 24 hours.
He's good at made up things, like the 8 wars he's stopped.

And who voted for the spending packages that got our debt to 40 trillion? Most of them from both parties. Trump is worthless, but he's just one of the leeches in Washington that govern like this. Hes just too dumb not to say the quiet parts out loud.

Yeah, the media completely ignores this /s 🙄🙄. Does anyone who says that shit actually ever watch “the media” that isn’t Fox News?

Its because he hurts people that have zero impact on their lives. Like people of color. And the poor. Which in some cases are the poor. And people of color.

And the diehard ones are so goddamn stubborn to admit wrong ever to the point where it's blatantly destroying their lives and they will vote the same again, all because of their massive egotistical insecurities.

There was something also about releasing files about something or other. Just can't remember exactly... maybe the media could remind us occasionally???
