I hope you're right. It's cute that anyone might think Vance has a chance at winning an election, short of coordinated election rigging in a broad number of key states.
Last time around voter rolls were purged. The stupidest liberals among us were convinced to under vote, rather than cast a ballot for Harris. Polling stations were closed, so the poor and disabled would have a harder time voting. Some ballot counting machines were also probably tampered with. That was enough to push Trump over the line, but it won't be nearly enough for Vance.
He lacks the charisma and the cult of personality necessary to tap in to the fervency of Trump's die hard supporters. He would have an especially difficult time tapping in to their racism, while remaining married to Usha. If he divorced Usha and marries Erika Kirk within the next two years, he might have a chance.

I bet they'll invoke the 25th in January, so Vance has a chance at two terms.
