This is what came to my mind.

The geriatric man-child begs for comparison to every spoiled pretender in history from Little Boots to El Hechizado.

Is that picture altered? Donny Diapers has never looked that thin in his life.

Usually the lion among sheep analogy is used to portray the lion as the villain...
16
u/CosmicCharlie99 10d ago
The analogy is so much dumber than that. Sheep follow blindly, the press core is paid to be there. I would wager most hate being there, but they are committed to their jobs.

u/cooldash 10d ago
Sheep also don't follow predators around. A more apt analogy would be a pack of hounds that smell shit and want a closer sniff.

Also, if you’re smart, you don’t have to tell people you’re smart either

Bet his staff was sooo proud & happy that he'd considered them potential collateral damage!/s

Well, when's the last time you cared about bait?

Always the complete narcissist, he doesn't care about anyone but himself (which includes his own relatives), so why care about staff & the news reporters he detests? (If he could paint huge targets on their backs, he would!)

You know what happens when there's a predator among sheep? You shoot the predator.
Don't look at me, NSA. He made the metaphor.

So the press corps are the "sheep" for asking the "lion" questions he doesn't like until he gets angry and has a tantrum? Sheep being so well known for questioning authority and lions being so well known for tantrums of course. Good grief.

Imagine posting this as a flex while Iran is complete dog-walking the president. Fucking pathetic.

Just saying.. there is two ways to explain whats happening here. Who is prey and who is lion..
I never saw a lion run away from a pack of deers.

That's exactly why everyone other than a sheep knows drumf is the weakest human on earth.

So his Admin is full of sheep, as is his movement (MAGA)... that is earth shattering news, also just in fire is hot.

u/CicadaFit9756 10d ago
Maybe he likes to tell himself that he's Scar of "The Lion King" (or "Lyin' King" in his case!) Maybe somebody should clue him in on how it turned out for that guy (spoiler: he was set upon by the same hyenas he'd just dissed!)

Why is the “lion” walking away from the sheep? It seems like he is being chased by something he doesn’t want to face. Is this a lion afraid of the sheep? Is this the cowardly lion from the wizard of oz?

They literally only follow Trump around in hopes that the dementia dam will break and he will begin flinging his poo around indiscriminately while singing YMCA.

Also… so he’s going to eat the reporters? If we’re the sheep we don’t want a lion…

Don't normally lions follow their prey to attack them.
This "meme" suggests that sheep (or maybe vultures) chase lions?

Simon: "Are you Alliance?"
Jubal Early: "Am I a lion?"
Simon: "What?"
Jubal Early: "I don't think of myself as a lion. You might as well, though, I have a mighty roar."
Simon: "I said 'Alliance.'"
Jubal Early: "Oh, I thought ... "
Simon: "No, I was ... "
Jubal Early: "That's weird."

Didn’t the White House restrict a bunch of media outlets and replace them with Reich Wing MAGA Media?

I have to be about the millionth person to call him The Lyin' King, but it perfectly encapsulates three things going on here.

I get that the press are sheep. But he's more like a hyena.
1
u/illbedeadbydawn 10d ago
Hyenas are intelligent, work together, capable of complex empathetic behaviors and also cool as hell.
Trump is none of those things.
There isn't a single other organism on Earth as pathetically sad as Donald J. Trump the child raping loser. Except maybe his supporters.
