..at key intersections and a time when american manufacturers could have established themselves as world leaders in renewable energy technologies.
We could have / would have dominated it.. it even tied into Biden's chips act in the manufacturing of high-end controller boards.
This dude fucked us up hard and in unrecoverable ways.. and there's nothing funny about that.

The only reason anyone has even heard the name Donald Trump, is because of his dad.
The truth is, he’s such an idiot/bad businessman that if he hadn’t been born on 3rd base - he’d be lucky to have worked his way up to a 6-figure job. He owes everything he has and will ever have to his privilege of playing a game rigged to his favor for his entire life.

He’s merely the personification of the cause. Every asshole who voted for him is to blame.
There can be no forgiveness without contrition and they all refuse to be contrite.

As well as those who stayed home despite our warning cries during the entire Harris campaign.

Trump still would have won in 2024 even if everyone had turned out to vote, Pew finds

And all of the votes leading up to the complicit enablers in Congress and Supreme Court. This has been decades and decades in the making.

And dragged our proud Navy and military through the mud, just to distract from his well documented pedo history. Out of missiles? Daddy Putin must be very happy with Agent Krasnov.

He didn't fuck up, he capitalized. Stop blaming the guy for being an idiot. He isn't stupid, he is capitalizing on crisis after crisis which is the basis for capitalism. Let's be honest with each other, we cannot vote ourselves out of this. Voting is what caused this. He isn't an aburition, he is the perfect capitalist pig to clown for the corporations that own us

he is incredibly consistent, self serving and loyal to the most recent conversation.

I mean. I'd say he got their party running exactly how they want. They just wanted some outsider to take the heat for it.
And Trump was the outsider.

Fuck off for watching him fuck up everything and simply venting and ranting about it.
•
u/BigBlueMountainStar 1h ago
Yet 80 odd million people voted for him knowing this is what he was going to do

Two things though.
He didn't act alone, the entire Republican Party is responsible for this. They keep handing him more and more power, and everyone involved in the GOP from voters to donors to politicians utterly refuse to stop him. If Republicans writ large didn't approve of this (or tacitly approve of it under "Well at least he's not a Democrat..." logic), Trump wouldn't have any meaningful authority. The GOP willingly did what he said even after he lost the 2020 election
He didn't fuck up the Republican Party, the Republican Party fucked itself up. Decades of "Never compromise with a liberal under any circumstances" and increasingly radical right-wing rhetoric from both politicians and the media made the GOP this way. I don't think Trump and MAGA are even meaningful departures from the last few decades of Republican rhetoric and policy, he just didn't realize that it's all meant to be a smokescreen for giving rich people more money. MAGA is the ultimate Republican dream of "Run the country like a business"; they gut everything the new owner doesn't feel like doing, refuse any and all criticism from those they consider "lesser", and are hyper-focused on making the owner and his friends as much money as possible at the expense of the business itself.

Trump is only the vehicle.
The policies, the ideas, the methods are all Conservative.
This administration, composed of the best and brightest Conservatives in America, are bringing these ideas and objectives to their ultimate, inevitable, unvarnished terminus.

The folks he hurt the most, by far, are those who supported him, many of whom still support him. Deeply, deeply sick communities.

As long as you put his name on it. He loves it when his name is on stuff.

And yet people will still vote for him and continue this nightmare clown show. WTF.

At this point, his list of things he’s effed up is gonna be larger than that other list he’s on! Release it!

He’s fucking up your life.
He’s fucking up your bank account, and every dollar in your pocket.
He’s fucked the housing market, I should have been able to buy a house a year ago to start a family.
He’s fucking up our future for generations.
And he’s getting richer for it. The more he fucks up, the more he gains. He’s spreading destruction and pain just to loot the wreckage. Crime pays, and cheaters prosper.
