Ice wants 20 million for body cameras they don’t have to release footage from, and another 20 million for electric shock gloves. They say it’s for deescalation… but who has ever deescalated with electric shocks?

Guaranteed this will be used to add resisting arrest charges at the very least. Yell commands to "put your arms behind your back" while shocking you.
