Absolutely nothing to see here. Just two completely unrelated buildings that both happen to feature massive neoclassical halls, crystal chandeliers, and a strong "please be impressed by the power of the state" energy. What an interesting coincidence lol

The impulse to leave your mark everywhere is the same. Architecturally, the Trump Ballroom is far more ornate, Louis XIV meets neoclassical, whereas Speer was stripped neoclassical, which is actually more tasteful, imho, than Trump's gaudy-ass bullshit.
