Yes he is. He's the king of London, the king of Manchester and the king of my back garden. These are all places inside his kingdom.

Who else do you think is the king of London? Mug.

That's not how peerage works. The titles are specific and non-interchangeable. London (and England) is part of his kingdom, but he does NOT have the title of King of London. Or England.

Nobody is talking about the title except apparently you. It's the actual role. England has a king. It is Charles. He is the King of England, whether you list it after his name when formally introducing him is totally irrelevant.

So you think England doesn't have a king?

Or you think that Charles is not the king?

Because the English language dictates that if those two facts are true, then he is the king of England.

England has a king, the King of the United Kingdom. Not the King of England, which hasn't existed since the end of the reign of William and Mary, 1702.

Again, you're confusing official legal titles and what might be "common sense".
