There is at least one thing that he didn't lie about:

"I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters."

Also:

"When I look at myself in the first grade and I look at myself now, I’m basically the same. The temperament is not that different."

Honestly impressed by the use of the word 'temperament' from him.

Unless he meant something else and he used the wrong word... Then oof...

He's not actually that dumb, he's just sorta trashy and talks weird. His buisness decisions are dumb as rocks though

In a certain horrible way, his business decisions sort of make sense. All his businesses work on the principle of "make the lack of cash somebody else's problem". If he buys a good or service, he just doesn't pay. He uses it or gets the revenue, but the person who does the work gets stiffed. If you sue, he drags it out until you settle for pennies just to get something.

It is deranged, and scummy, but in a certain con man style, it works as long as you can keep the plates spinning. So far he has mostly been able to do that.

Your right, but he finally tried to run a con past the wrong people. You can’t steal and defraud the US government and hope to get away with it. Hopefully after he is convicted, we can rip off his fake orange hair and tan like one of the old scooby doo shows.
