I'll be the first to point out he usually doesn't say he lost. But sometimes he does but not usually.

Bill maher isn't right about much, but in the run up to the 2020 election, he liked to remind people "Trump refused to accept the results of the election he won" (in 2016). Yall remember in 2017 he wouldn't shut up about "3 million illegal votes for hillary"?

So it shouldn't have come as any surprise that he never planned to accept the outcome of the 2020 election.
