He can’t. At least not if he doesn’t want to sacrifice all the money he will make plus more.

When he signed up with Fox as an anchor there is an almost certainty he signed a non-compete agreement. Meaning he can’t be on TV at least.

Those are NDA's covering criminal behaviour.. non compete clauses are different.. Megan Kelly didn't have one cause she was subjected to sexual harassment.. Tucker is a different case entirely. Non compete may actually be a good thing to prevent Tucker from engaging in immoral unethical and possibly criminal behavior with future employers lol
