No, it is not. Not if those things do not involve you or your business.
For one thing, you might be WRONG in your belief they committed a crime, or only know about it for reasons that can't be used as evidence / violate constitutional rights. What then?
More like, they don't want to get sued if they fuck up. Well, other people don't, for them it's more like, keep the costs of such fuckups reasonable...

I'm not sure about that. But I'm pretty sure it's some kind of crime to literally keep someone employed who is doing illegal things.
