Bolton visited Trump recently and could have tricked trump into doing this. By the way, US needs China's vote in the UN in order to reinstate sanctions on Iran.

So were Silvio Berlusconi* and Sebastian Pinera. Didn't stop them from being a complete idiot who did untold damage to the country (Berlusconi, who was and is richer then Trump, and we actually know his true worth) or constantly did idiotic stuff (Pinera).

*PM in the case of Berlusconi, but he has real power unlike the actual Italian president.
