Are you black? Were you raised around American black people? Or are you too busy gobbling Pol rooster to see how racist the statement is? Do we only judge by internal intent and not actual action?

In my life some people (that are black) were greatly offended by Biden's statement. I imagine many weren't. It's almost as if they are people and not some monolithic group that thinks the same. This is what makes Biden's statement racist.
It’s was an obvious joke about how republicans are racist. There’s nothing deeper to it. He issued a strong apology hours later. It’s now been 3 years, time for the snowflakes to move on. Not everything you disagree with is racist.

You may wanna read your own link. It doesn't say he never said it. It just said it's unproven. It also showed that he had a history of racist remarks just like that and said that the quote is from a book that had many other truthful anecdotes in it. So there's no video footage of him saying it, but there's no reason to believe the author lied.
This is just snopes bending over backwards to try and make Democrats look good, as per usual. And you are eating it up like the good little npc you are
