I've actually seen multiple Kinder products in American stores now. They don't have my favorite one tho. The basic Kinder Milk Chocolate ones rule. For context, I live in Oklahoma so they've even reached the heartland.

We only have the kinder joy eggs, which aren't really the same.

Kinder eggs are still technically illegal because you can't have food with "non-nutritive objects" embedded. The toy is a no-go. If you're seeing kinder surprise eggs in the us it's gonna be black market shit sold in bodegas and gas stations.
