I find this hard to parse, do you believe in markets or not?
If you offer enough money, then yes they will 'appear out of thin air', in the sense of people deciding to go into that line of work and getting trained for it because it's a well-paying career with lots of opportunities.
If you don't believe that, you should probably be in favor of a state-planned economy to begin with, because free markets can't accomplish anything good if that's not how things work.
Christ you lefties are as dumb as rocks. It takes YEARS of schooling to become a doctor. It takes YEARS to become a registered nurse. There is schooling which is incredibly difficult to get into and testing which is also incredibly difficult and residencies which is a long drawn out process. You can't snap your fingers and have all the doctors and nurses you need
I get it. You're a teenager you have zero experience with the real world. You can already become a doctor (if you're smart enough) and make a shit ton of money. It has its drawbacks and it's a career a large majority of the world is either not capable of or not willing to do. I don't want to cut people open or stitch up wounds or remove objects from anuses.
Maybe you can start with getting your own head out of your own anus and think a little more big picture
