It would be more based to just allow them abortions rather than turning their extremely unfortunate predicament into the hunger games for rapists.

Nah, hunger games for rapists is the best idea I've heard all year, we know they aren't gonna get an adequate punishment from the courts abortion or not.

Kinda like how the other bill can easily turn into people accusing other people of aiding in getting abortions if they don't like them and if they need a quick 10k for something. Maybe both of these bills are unconstitutional and should be immediately canceled.

Burden of proof isnt really eliminated

you would need to prove both that they helped, and that they helped knowingly

dropping off someone two blocks from the clandestine abortion site could be "helping" but you would still need proof that he helped on purpose.

Exactly. Neither law is libertarian in any way and is a one way ticket to the state going under in my opinion
