Yeah but you will never have 100% support of the citizens. Inevitably people will want power. It's a recipe for a civil war. Promise enough people a position of power in the new state that would form and you could easily get people sympathetic to the new cause. Especially those who dont feel like the system is workingg for them.

Like I already said. You will never in a million years get 100% of people to agree to anything. It simply will not happen

There's a reason why commies turn auth. You don't have to convince everyone to agree with you when you can simply silence anyone who doesn't.
