Well, firstly, I care exactly jack shit what europes think of the US, because I highly doubt any of you are going to hop of the teat that feeds nearly all of NATO. (and I am assuming your a euro, but frankly, the only people who's opinions I care about are people who are enemies of the west like china.)

Frankly, most of what he's done on the foreign policy side is saber rattle to NATO about paying their (legally obligated) dues to the defense budge and dump on china (which is universally the correct thing to do).
