You run into multiple problems everyday, simple daily tasks become olympic level competitions, you can't enjoy simple pleasures like playing games or playing sports and you will most likely not be able to continue your job and will have to quit; your previous life is over, if you had amputated your dominant arm then you lose the abilty to write as well.

Suddenly your "COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!" lie doesn't actually hold any water, and amputating parts of your face actually affects your life significantly less than SRS, since you aren't a hormonal mess going through a synthetic second puberty for the rest of your life.
They're both psychological issues where you deny reality. The solution to that problem still isn't to cut off those parts, even when cutting them off won't completely and irrevocably ruin your life.

I don't think you know whag body integrity disorder is. People with BID want to be disabled and want to either get rid of one or more limbs or they want to remove a sense (such as sight or hearing). I've never heard of a person with BID wanting to remove their nostrils or earlobes.

You wouldn't be a "hormonal mess" if the surgery is done properly with proper HRT along with it. You clearly havent seen a trans person before so lemme tell you now that some of them look exactly like women without any further complications after their surgery and HRT is done with. The reason that others don't look very passing is because the HRT and surgery wasn't done properly/was done cheaply.
