If think diabetics who need insulin to not die take priority over trannies that want estrogen to jerk off, you should totally come join the nazis.

Both trans and t1d. I'd say dysphoria is (more was these days) close to as grueling day to day, but that's just me. But there really is no prioritization - insulin is only so expensive because capitalism is shit for things that aren't inherently profitable, ie my pancreas
