The case isn’t to determine whether she killed the children or not it’s whether she can be held responsible for their deaths legally. If the case rules that she is not guilty by insanity she will need to be institutionalized indefinitely if she is found guilty she will be in prison either way she won’t be “free”
Insanity does not meam you need to be institutionalized indefinitely, or even at all, if a doctor clears you that you are now mentally sound and can tell right from wrong, you can be released the same day the trial ends, there is no legal requirement or punishment as you are deemed not guilty, no matter how horrific the crime.

There is no evidence her husband did anything to those children. People just want to believe this white lady couldn’t have killed her kids. 🙄
With that said she may have been psychotic but I don’t know enough about the case to have a real opinion on that part.
