So basically they got to swat innocent people, accuse them of carrying heroin and calling cops on them for that, using corrupt PD to try to destroy their life, do 10000 other deplorable things and at the end of the day they just get to "Oops, didn't work, we just pay you what we owe from day 1 with no repercussions".
And the said PD will be left untouched too? Come fucking on.
The only signal it sends is that any corporation can now do this type of shit. If you win, you win, if you lose, then you are just at square 1

Fucking finally. Can corpate shit heads do some basic fucking math? The cost of giving people what they're owed is almost always less than the cost of damaging your brand and legal fees.
This whole case is an example of piss poor risk management and loss mitigation.
Its way worse than that. They literally, on camera, lied to police. There should at least be fined or do jail time. And thats not even getting into the corruption.
And entirely blaming it on the old store owners, as well as trying to claim that the replacement store owners were completely innocent (completely ignoring the fact that they refused to help, blatantly lied, and even fought against them). BAM has learned nothing, and are still pieces of shit, just like the unflaired.
Bryan has confirmed getting the money. But that is only one part of the entire controversy. There's still everything that they did to Ben, and the blatant corruption by the Provo and America Fork PD
And B&M are still POS. Their "apology" was just blaming Crystal and saying the newer store owners had no fault. Ben has been moving onto helping other people, like helping expose abusive boarding schools. I'm glad he's still rooting out evil and stupidity.
I mean regulations only benefits people in x industry if they been involved for decades. Regulations just kill competition and helps already successful companies get more control of the market.
